Dr. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree from Adelphi University. He is a 1992 graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Green completed a general practice residency at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Northport, NY. In addition to private practice he dedicated 16 years to addressing the needs of the handicapped at Opti-Healthcare (a division of the Developmental Disabilities Institute) in Smithtown and Riverhead, NY. Dr. Green is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Dental Medicine in the department of general dentistry. He attends over 50 hours of continuing education yearly and is trained in the use of CEREC single visit crown technology. Dr Green is married to Tracey. They have three daughters: Emma, Ava and Alexa.
